Beth Abel

Beth Abel, founder of the life coaching firm, Life Maps and author of the Life Maps Workbook, has 35 years of professional experience in personal growth and development with a spiritual foundation. Beth presents an optimistic vision for her clients. Her inspirational style helps them to persevere as they reach their personal and professional goals while maintaining a healthier and happier lifestyle. Beth will be the primary presenter of the retreat program. Her strong leadership will guide each participant in building a personal action plan, their Life Map. Each Life Map will be grounded in a lifestyle based on God’s plan that we prosper in three key areas – Mind, Body, and Spirit.


Karen Hartnett

A woman of strong faith and commitment to God’s calling in her life, Karen has over 20 years of personal training and
business experience in the fitness industry. She is the developer of the healthy spirit, healthy body, healthy mind workshop. Karen will teach from her workbook The Divine Strength Diet Plan. Karen helps clients create balance in their spirit, body, mind as well as their body chemistry and teaches the importance of keeping and maintaining a balanced diet in their everyday life. Participants will experience God’s love through her patient and encouraging coaching style. The Body is the focus of Karen’s sessions.

  
Judy Holton

As a licensed minister in the United Methodist Church, Judy has 24 years of pastoral experience and holds certifications in Stephen Ministry, Bethel Bible Studies, Precept Upon Precept and Evangelism Explosion. God has gifted Judy with the talents of a wise teacher and healer who proclaims a future with hope. She is committed to being a woman of excellence and leading other women in this way of life. Judy’s sessions will focus on the Spirit.
