Whether one’s faith is just budding or more mature, Christian women will learn how to:
- Design a Life Map based on personalized goals
- Develop awareness of individual gifts and talents
- Identify God’s purposes and how they supersede and encompass the Life map goals
- Create a customized action plan with a three-pronged Mind-Body-Spirit focus
Beth will present on:
Preparatory reading and written activities in the Life Maps Retreat Workbook will boost self awareness and focus you on the coming retreat. Building off the workbook preparation, you will share experiential learning activities and group discussions with the participant group. You will also experience guided solo study time. Beth’s program content will cover:
- Claiming your Personality Type and the accompanying spiritual growth path that best fits the participant.
- God’s design for you to grow as a strong and self disciplined instrument using accountability groups.
- Your creation of a Lifestyle Goal that is Christ centered.
- Your creation of a written plan to achieve the Lifestyle Goal using a Life Map.
- Managing stress as well as the fears that occur as a more Christ centered lifestyle emerges.
Karen will present on:
Preparatory reading and written activities in the Divine Strength Diet Plan Workbook will equip you to know the components of a completely balanced nutritional program. Awareness of your current eating habits through the preparation studies will focus you on the retreat’s inspirational setting and program. You will also learn about the level of physical fitness necessary for balance in your lifestyle. During the retreat Karen will use personal testimony and scriptural study to teach and enlighten you on:
- how to achieve and maintain weight loss goals and optimal health.
- how to create and use an individualized plan for nutritional health and physical fitness.
- making a commitment to God and oneself that you will follow and maintain for a healthy diet and physical activities lifestyle.
Judy will present on:
Preparatory reading of the Secret Things of God will equip you to quickly grow in the healthy spiritual environment of the retreat. Using Judy’s wise teachings, her leadership in worship and the experiential activities, you will learn ways:
- to understand God’s guidance happening in your daily life and trust it.
- to make God the master of your time.
- to trust God with your heart -- your failures, successes, disappointments and dreams.
- to overcome fear by growing your faith.
- to accept and use God’s grace through healthy Christian sisterhood.
- to look at past and present events in your life to learn how God uses these together for His purpose and glory.
- to believe God for your future.
